Services offered:

Wet Service (Window AC)

• Gas pressure will be checked before start of the service
• Filter, drain pipe and outer panel will be cleaned
• Cooling coils and condenser coils will be cleaned
• Water leakage in the drain pipe will be checked
• High pressure jet pumps will not be used as it may damage the electrical
• Performance of the AC will be checked post service
• Cooling of the AC depends on multiple factors such as age of the AC, quality of the gas filled, pressure of the gas etc., and Servicing alone does not guarantee improvement in the cooling

Wet Service (Split AC)

• Gas pressure will be checked before start of the service
• Outer unit will be checked & cleaned of debris and bird droppings wherever possible
• Indoor unit filters, drain tray and outer panel will be cleaned
• Blower wheels, blades and cooling coils will be cleaned
• Water leakage in the drain pipe will be checked
• High pressure jet pumps will not be used as it may damage the electrical
• Performance of the AC will be checked post service
• Cooling of the AC depends on multiple factors such as age of the AC, quality of the gas filled, pressure of the gas, etc., and Servicing alone does not guarantee improvement in the cooling

Installation (Window AC)

• Provision for installing window AC in the wall or the window needs to be done by a carpenter or a mason. AC expert will not do this
• AC will be installed by the experts, and its performance will be checked
• Gas pressure will be checked post installation

Installation (Split AC)

• Prices mentioned are only labor cost, spare parts cost will be extra
• Ladder/Stool needs to be arranged by the customer
• Based on the thickness and the internal filling of the wall sometimes the professionals need to use core cutting machine for making the provision for split AC and the charges for the same will be charged at actual

Un-Installation

• AC will be checked once before uninstallation
• In-case of window AC, the provision needs to be closed by the customer

Gas Refilling

• Leakage will be checked before gas refilling
• Gas refilling will be effective only after leakages are repaired
• If there is a leakage: 80% of the time, AC can be fixed on-site, 20% of the AC might have to be taken back to the expert’s place for a day or two

Please note:

1. Minimum inspection/ visiting charge is Rs. 250 which will be adjusted in the final bill when the service is availed
2. Additional charges (Service and Material) will be conveyed after inspection and the experts will proceed for work only after your approval
3. Rate Card prices are for standard operating conditions. Exceptions will incur additional costs.
4. To avoid cancellation charges (Rs. 250) please reschedule or cancel the booking 2 hours before the scheduled service time
